As an independent consultant, I partner with organisations in long-term engagements to build impactful digital products and strengthen internal product design capabilities.

Building impactful digital products takes grit, diplomacy and tenacity and most of the work is happening away from the keyboard.

I led large-scale, cross-disciplinary design programs with teams of 8–10 people, guiding strategy and execution across multiple domains. In addition to driving project outcomes, I provided creative leadership and mentorship across frog’s European offices, helping to elevate the quality of interaction design and UX strategy.

s a member of the European leadership group, I played an active role in shaping internal best practices, fostering collaboration, and strengthening design excellence across the region.

As UX Lead at Hello Group, I enabled a team of seven UX Architects to deliver high-quality work by removing barriers, facilitating brainstorms, and providing strategic oversight.

Beyond UX leadership, I played a key role in pitching, scoping, estimation, and concept development while ensuring product quality.

I also introduced a new workflow that replaced siloed, waterfall processes with cross-disciplinary collaboration from project inception. This led to better products, fewer issues, increased knowledge sharing — and a more engaged, enthusiastic team.

One of my superpowers is distilling vast amounts of complex data into clear, compelling stories. My love for deep-diving into intricate products and domains comes from my humanities background, where navigating complexity became second nature.

The fusion of humanities and technology is a driving force behind my work every day.
